Fermented Rice Water Strengthening Spray Directions:  Place rice in a glass container.  Add water and mix.  Cover and leave at room temperature for 1-2 days.  Strain the water.  Add essential oils mixed with carrier oil.  Rinse or Spray hair with rice water.  Store remaining water in the fridge up to 3 days to stop further fermentation.

 

Rosemary Rinse (Scalp Health) Directions:  Take a couple fresh Rosemary sprigs and place them in an airtight mason jar and fill it with water.  Let it sit overnight for a couple of hours, and then strain the solution.  Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and apply the Rosemary Rinse to your hair and scalp.

 

Yucca Shampoo (a mild shampoo) Directions:  Place 2 tablespoons of dried Yucca root into a stainless steel bowl.  Add 2 cups of boiled distilled water to the Yucca root.  Let cool.  Squeeze Yucca root to extract the saponins with your palms.  Use a cheesecloth to remove and strain the sediments out of the Yucca shampoo.  Use a 5-10 drops of an antioxidant flower essence to extend the Yucca shampoo's shelf life.

 

Green Gut Healing Smoothie Recipe:  Ingredients:  1-2 cups coconut milk, 2 cups kale, 2 cups spinach, 1 avocado, 1 frozen green apple, 2 frozen green bananas cut in chunks, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 teaspoon ashwagandha (optional), 1/2 tablespoon of each of chia seed and flax seed, 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts, 1 tablespoon of raw honey, 1 tablespoon of raw almonds, 1-2 tablespoons grass fed collagen powder, some ice cubes.  Place all ingredients into a blender for 3 minutes.

 

Berry Smoothie Recipe:  Ingredients:  1 cup of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened yogurt, raw honey to taste, 1 cup of coconut/almond milk.  Blend all ingredients.
